The sweetness of apple meets the heatness of habanero and ground ancho peppers to give it a nice round-and-ground flavor. Ginger comes through to blaze the trail with a little bit of bourbon on the back end to give it a bit of burn going down. Not enough to get you lit, but it’s definitely present.
